The dawn of the new and glorious morning

Listen as you read

As I look back at civilizations to live upon this little blue planet, I see how bad things were in past civilizations, and I see things getting better all the time.

At one point things got so bad, God decided to smite every living thing. God promised to never again smite every living thing as he had done, making a great promise, and showing a great mercy for mankind, saying he knows the hearts of man are just evil from their youth. Later it was revealed God would solve this by sending a Deliverer, revealing his great mercy.

On to the days of Pharaoh, the way of life was very hard, death always at the door, and idol worship and wickedness was all around. God sent a Deliverer to lead a people he had pity upon out of bondage from Egypt, Moses, an image in a prophetic mirror of things to come through a future Savior, the Messiah.

Now imagine life on earth just 2000 years ago, you would have heard God sent the promised Deliverer, the light, into the darkest time in history. Messiah! You would have seen the wickedness within the Roman Empire. You would see a very dangerous and wicked and perverted and sinful civilization, much much worse than today, blood and sin as red is scarlet. Within that same generation that seen the light, the end of an old way for the remission of sins had come to pass, the old age, and the new age of righteousness had commenced, through Him, Christ the Lord. The new day had begun. Hear the angels sing!

A thrill of hope the weary world rejoices, for yonder breaks a new and glorious morning!

Middle ages. Worse than today, but getting better.
Cowboy days. Worse than today, but getting better.
100 years ago. Worse than today, but getting better.
50 years ago. Worse than today, but getting better.

It was not long after that and the red sky of the new day began to clear and brighten up some. Society's began to see other people as other people, human. Nations began to unite against oppression and reach out to help other nations for the first time.

Well, I must say, I have seen the dawn of the new day, and what I see happening today is a movement of tolerance sweeping the earth such as never before, tolerance for other people, their race, beliefs, nationality, whatever, people caring about others, wanting to help others, regardless, making efforts to do so, and doing so.

As good will and good intentions for all people continue and span the earth, life on earth gets better, the people who mean well, want to do good, and do good, to benefit all people, these will continue to prosper, and these nations are the nations that shall continue to rise and crush the oppressors. As it was, so shall it be.

It takes a long time to smith weapons into beneficial materials, but the truth is, we have been at it for years, and we will be at it for years to come. Those who love God and other people mean no harm. That's what its all about. The high and proud mountains fall and the low and humble valleys are lifted up. That's what the Lord do, and the brightness of the new day begins to shine ever more each year. And so it was, so shall it be.

In times past and as the years go by, in the process of elimination a few big guns may go off, and a few big ones may fall, but in the long run, it's for the better, the new day has begun and life goes on. People come together. Families unite. That's what people do when times get tough. That's what happens before things get better. I wanted to tell you there is hope. Hope for a better tomorrow. Children born this very day have hope for a better tomorrow.

With no hope for the future many tend not to prepare for the future and to loose their desire to make the world a better place today. Lets make the world a better place! It's getting better all the time. Imagine life in the first century, now the dark ages, now the middle ages, the cowboy days, well one thing for sure, it's getting better all the time!

This may not be the Christian message you are used to hearing, but this is the message of spirit and truth, a song of hope, not the message of doom and gloom for all, and always certainly within their lifetime or yours, and not the literal fantasy world message of a someday perfect world with no dogs, perfect people in flesh bodies with no hunger or pain or sorrow or death...someday, always someday, never today. As long as we are in the world and in this flesh there will be hunger and pain and sorrow and death.

Well, hunger and pain and sorrow and death are temporary things, when we put off this flesh, these things are no more, and that is the promise of God to all who believe, eternal life in a new heavenly body in the paradise of God, and because eternal life is the promise, there is no more death, that is what Christ has done for us.

All these things are better understood spiritually, not literally. We can make the world a better place, right now, we don't have to wait wait wait, waiting in vain for a certain day that will never come with observation. Right Now. The vision of a better tomorrow starts with you and I right now, today.

What now?

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
