A message of Salvation

"The ABC's of Salvation

Admit your need- "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)

Believe in Christ- "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved" (Acts 16:31)

Confess your belief in Him- "Because if you confess the Lord Jesus with your mouth, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation. For the Scripture says, "Everyone believing on Him will not be put to shame."[Isa. 28:16] (Romans 10:9-11)

Being truly sorry for your sins, and through the power of Christ forsaking them, go forward to live for Christ. He will give you forgiveness, power, victory, purpose, the Holy Spirit and life eternal." - The Salvation Army

-

We can only be free of the curse of the law if we are delivered from the law. It was said in the age of old that anyone who broke a single law was cursed, therefore Jesus was born of a woman as to be born under the law, and without sin he fulfilled the law, and in rising up from the dead, he lifted the curse of the law up from the earth.

Mat 5:17  Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

By one man, sin entered into the world, and by one man, sin was taken away from the world. In disobedience born of deception came death, but in obedience born of truth came life, and God raised him from the dead! By one man, mankind was banished from the Tree of Life, and by one man, the Tree of Life is freely offered to all. The Good News really is good news!

Rom_5:17  For if, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.

Rom_5:19  For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous.

The work of Christ on the cross is a greater work than many realize, even many Christian Pastors. When Jesus was lifted up on the cross, he took upon himself the sin of Adam, and the curse of the law, which is death, and the curse of the earth, and all that was lifted up from the earth. The curse was reversed.

The arm of the Lord reaches out offering deliverance from the curse of the law, which is death. He is life, and he offers salvation to all. Of course you know we who are delivered from the curse of the law are not free to break the law. Blessed are they that do his commandments.

Rev_22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Salvation is LIFE. Salvation is to be saved from the curse of the law, which is death. Do you want to be "saved", saved from the curse of the law? Christ is the way to eternal life. If you ever sinned just once before you need salvation.

If your "saved" and you know it clap your hands! If someone asks you "What are you "saved" from anyway?", know the answer and tell them "I am saved from death, having received life! Christ is life!"

Choose life. Life is good! Choose Christ...

John 11:23-26 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

The deliverance from certain death of the soul is eternal life. Christ is life. He is the deliverer. Salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. Salvation is without works, but every person already saved should be zealous of good works, not to be saved, but because he is saved.

Eph 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Listen. There is salvation from sin, through Christ the Lord.

The deliverer is the chief cornerstone, Jesus the Christ, King of all kings and Lord of all lords, the son of God, the strong arm of God. He was given all power in heaven and earth, and having the keys of death and the grave, only He can save you from certain death, giving you life. Without Christ you are dead already, because you have sinned before. Christ is life. He is the resurrection.

"Yehoshua", a name of "Jesus" in Hebrew means "YeHoVaH saved". And so he did. And so be it. Be saved. Accept salvation from the very arm of God. Seek him, and you will know his Father, and you will know him, and you will walk with him, and he will know you, and he will love you. Know the deliverer and know your deliverance. He can save you, he will save you. That's what he do!

He is the deliverer. He is the resurrection.
He is the good shepherd.
His sheep hear his voice.
His sheep come to him.
His sheep are safe in him.
The gates are open. The sheep will come.
Blessed are they who hear his voice.
Blessed are they that do his commandments.

I am saying Jesus died for sinners, while they were or are still sinners. He loves us that much. I am a sinner because I have sinned before. I am saying God is not going to come and kill all the sinners. His vengeance was had, for good reason, the blood of all the prophets, and his anger has passed. I am saying, yes, there is salvation! Yes, Christ is life!

No more throwing stones at the harlot, the sinner! Salvation is LIFE, and life is offered to all.

If you have never sinned before then you may throw the first stone at the harlot, the sinner. If you say you have never sinned before, think long and hard before you throw that first stone, and look at her beauty, because if you have sinned before, and you still throw that first stone, the chief cornerstone will crush you to powder.

Now I think I have a better idea what Jesus may have written in the sand. Something like: "As I have done, so shall it be", or even, speaking words of wisdom, "Let It Be", as salvation had come to the harlot that had stood before Jesus, and would come to all flesh.

Joh 8:1  Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.
Joh 8:2  And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
Joh 8:3  And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
Joh 8:4  They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
Joh 8:5  Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
Joh 8:6  This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
Joh 8:7  So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
Joh 8:8  And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
Joh 8:9  And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
Joh 8:10  When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
Joh 8:11  She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

All flesh shall see the salvation of God, every mind will see deliverance from the grave, because Christ holds the keys of death and the grave, and he will call you up from the grave. Yes, he will. Every mind shall see him, great and small, every mind there is or will ever be. Every single person will see his awesome glory and confess he is LORD, they cannot help it, some to their own shame, and some to the glory of God. Some are resurrected into judgment and eternal death, and some into eternal life.

Listen.

If you feel you are not worthy of God's love because you have sinned, then know this, we have all sinned, that is why God sent His beloved son, to take away the sins of the world. The Son of God gave his life for YOU. He loves you that much. He died for us sinners, while we were still sinners. I am a sinner because I have sinned before. So never feel you are not worthy to be loved by God.

Some may say, "well, what is sin?". Even if you are not aware of the commandments of God, never heard them before, you know right from wrong. With Christ fulfilling the law, not destroying it, He became our righteous substitute in place of the law, a final sin offering, because no man can possibly live up to it, we have all sinned, so if we sin, we are required to confess our sin, admit it, repent, and there is no penalty. Of course you know it is still wrong to commit murder, lying in wait for the innocent. It is wrong to commit adultery. It is wrong to steal. It is wrong to give false witness against an innocent person. It is wrong to purposely bring dishonor against your mother or father.

While reading the Bible is essential in learning about God, keep in mind the best way to please God is not to memorize every scripture in the Bible, to go to a Church building once a week, or even to obtain all truth, but to simply love God and other people, and that is how we tell God we love him best, not with lip service, but in action, really loving other people.

And that was the new commandment Jesus gave, that we love one another. We should want to please God, let this be your daily delight, not in continuing to sin each day, delighting in sin. Sin hurts people. There is an old saying, "Who you serve is your Master". Do not think you can serve sin and serve God at the same time. You might fool some, but you can't fool God. God knows. Your repentance must be sincere.

What's the Word? The Word is LIFE! Yes, there is Salvation! Salvation is for all! Yes all! Even you! You don't have to wait any longer! Come! Be saved from the curse of the law which is death.

If you delight in wickedness and sin, refusing to repent, and refusing to come to the light, you do live in darkness, and you have no life within you. Dear person, you don't have to suffer within torment knowing you have received eternal death, when you could have had paradise, forever. Why would you choose to be driven mad knowing you will be dead forever and do nothing but feed worms, when you can live forever, and see and do so much God has planned for you, for you to see and experience?

You can come out of the darkness and into the light. You can enter into the kingdom of God. It's not too late, and you don't have to wait. You must pray to our Father in heaven, confess your sins, each one, realizing them and admitting them, be sorry, say your sorry, and stop doing that. Tell God you remember the time he sent his beloved son to take away the sins of the world, and ask for a pardon of your sins. You must be sincere. When you are, your request will be granted, our Good Father is very good about that, when we are sincere.

Pray, OK?

There is no certain prayer to say, and you don't need someone else to ask for you, you really must ask yourself, no one can do this for you, your prayers are between you and God. We all mess up, and if you do, find your rest in Christ for total righteousness. Like righteous! Like totally! Just be sincere, be real, be you. Delight in righteousness! It's good! Find your rest in God, and God will rest within you.

You may feel 200 pounds lighter, maybe like a new born baby! It's a really good feeling to start again, receiving salvation from God!

Never underestimate the power of prayer, God is here, God is everywhere. When you pray, think of your prayer as a laser beam of light that shoots up to the very throne of God, Because your prayers do reach heaven and fill it with light, light so bright there is no night, and not only your prayers, but your spirits, upon receiving salvation, your very being!

A final thought for the student:

"Salvation" is to be rescued into safety, delivered. Jesus is called "deliverer" because he delivers us from sin. Could it be said that we are caught up to God, "rescued into safety", by receiving salvation? Could it be salvation is to be caught up to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, even as we live?

Heb 12:22  But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
Heb 12:23  To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Heb 12:24  And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

The first century writer of Hebrews knew. How can this be?

Salvation in Christ is to be caught up to God, and to his throne, that is, taken into his special, powerful, and immediate protection. For both the dead and the living to receive salvation in Christ, and a heavenly home in Christ, even as they live. Shout Victory! Shout Salvation! For without victory there is no salvation. Shout from the highest mountains, and from the lowest valleys, shout; Victory and glory to the lamb! Salvation and deliverance to the people!

What now?

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Say it with me, please...

I pledge allegiance... to the God... of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob... And to the kingdom... for which Christ stands... all nations... under God... invincible... with liberty and justice for all.
