The healing of the nations

This is the duty of every "Ambassador" of the kingdom of God, to love God, to love other people, to do as much as you possibly can to relieve another from desperation or suffering, and of course I would like to see more of it too. Christ IS the healing of the nations. You can see it in many cities of every nation and people where the Son of God is sincerely called upon for the remission of sins, it relieves mankind's guilt much better than the old way, and being free of guilt is to be set free, and with repentance, a sure way to please God, and by pleasing God, a sure way to receive blessings from God.

1John 1:9-10 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Christ IS the healing of the nations:

*John 6:35 Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.

*John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

*John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

*John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?"

Because eternal life is the promise, there is no more death. How could there be?

And from the great book of Revelation, which truly is the testimony of Jesus Christ in a perfect symbolic manner:

*Rev 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

This is what "JESUS" said as He walked the earth and taught His disciples in the first century, that when we die, we shall live again, and there will be no more death, sorrow, crying, or pain. This is what Christ has done for us, He was victorious over all things, even death:

(ESV) Rev 1:17-18 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. But he laid his right hand on me, saying, "Fear not, I am the first and the last, and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I HAVE the keys of Death and Hades.

*Rev 22:1 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb

When the soldier pierced Jesus' side, what came forth was water mixed with blood, the sins of the world were then atoned in his blood, and as he gave up his Spirit, this "water of life" flowed from the throne of God, the Holy Spirit, and it flows within us. It is the water of "LIFE", the water represents "life", eternal life through Jesus Christ.

*Rev 21:6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

The water is free, the water flows to this very day. It is living water:

*John 4:13-14 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Come, drink of the water right now, you don't have to wait:

*Rev 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

*Rev 22:1-2 And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

It is worth noting that the leaves were for "the healing of the nations", not for the healing of "all the disease" of flesh. The fruits of this tree have healed the nations, because the fruits are spiritual fruits, fruits of righteousness, possibly of the preaching of the 12 Apostles and Christ, good fruit indeed, fruits of righteous souls born again of the spirit. The tree of life is on both sides of the river, wow... it is not a huge literal tree on earth, it is symbolic of the healing of the nations through Christ, Christ being before the throne of God in the highest heaven, that's where the water of life proceeds from. The tree of life is in the paradise of God, a spirit realm no unclean thing can touch:

*Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

CHRIST is the "healing of the nations", His words are life, and all that heed His words will certainly see to it that the will of God is done on earth as it is in heaven. Pray that it will be, and "shine" on:

*Rev 21:24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honor into it.

All people and nations who have the light of Christ bring their light into this kingdom, and the will of God is done on earth as it is in heaven. Pray that it will be. This is the way:

*Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

The new Jerusalem is the bride of Christ, the bride is the general assembly of his church:

*Rev 21:1-2 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. (cont below)

*Hebrews 12:22-24 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

This "new Jerusalem" has many "Ambassadors" on earth, and all who have the light of Christ shine within this kingdom even as they live, many nations and people bringing their light unto the kingdom of God...a new heavens for man that is free of veil, the kingdom of God right here upon earth dwelling within the children of the kingdom, and a new earth age in Christ for all mankind. She is the mother of us all:

Gal 4:22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
Gal 4:23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
Gal 4:24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which engendereth to bondage, which is Hagar.
Gal 4:25 For this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
Gal 4:26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

The following verse is great, The writer of Hebrews uses this comparison in the first century of that "age". The writer of Hebrews was referring to how the old covenant, the old Jerusalem and temple as the abode of God was to be made low before "she", the "new Jerusalem" could come. Jesus first put away the old way for the remission of sins, and after a time for repentance, the temple in Jerusalem was to be put off. Just as the veil of the temple was torn in two when Jesus gave up the Spirit, this symbolic gesture of putting off the old covenant and abode of God was much more than meets the eye. This "Siege of Jerusalem" happened approximately 66.5 - 70 A.D.

*Hebrews 9:8-9 By this the Holy Spirit indicates that the way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing, (which is symbolic for the present age). According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered that cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper...

The old temple in Jerusalem was symbolic of the old covenant, and it HAD to be put away, no more sacrificing animals! As this representation of the old covenant was first to fall, all others would follow.

(cont) *Rev 21:1-2 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

So there was a new Jerusalem, and we can see this is spiritual from scripture, but was the "new earth" literally to be a new planet, and everything was perfect? Did all flesh die? Wouldn't all flesh die? No, God did not smite every living thing, just as He has promised, life goes on, but even in this new age of Christ where righteousness dwells, there is still dogs and blasphemy. As for the sea of wickedness that was before Christ, it ain't there no more.

If there was literally a new planet earth, but all flesh did not die, and everything was perfect, "Who let the dogs out"?:

*Rev 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

He that is unjust, go ahead, remain that way. You are outside of the kingdom of God that covers all and is within many, many being within. You who are righteous, Come:

*Rev 22:11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

She is a spiritual city, a "holy city", not a physical city sitting on a dirt hill on a new planet where all flesh died. There is no more sea of wickedness like there was in the first century. The foundations are not made of brick or rock, but Christ being the chief cornerstone, and the 12 Apostles are the twelve foundation stones, precious stones:

(KJV) Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

So, the new Jerusalem is the "new heaven", There was a new "earth" age in Christ, and all flesh did not die, there is righteousness, and that "sea of wickedness" that was is no more, but there are dogs. Life goes on. Did you know flowers still bloom at midnight? You believe in God, believe in Christ, there is healing under his wings. Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth for all those pleasing Him.

There was an old earth *age, and there is a new earth *age (*Greek- "aion"), an earth age that was in Jesus' time and before, and Jesus spoke of a new "age" ( Greek "aion" ) that was to come, saying the time was soon for all to be fulfilled. Jesus spoke MUCH of this new "age", translated "world" in the KJV, but "age" in many other translations:

Mat_12:32; Mat_13:39; Mat_13:40; Mat_13:49; Mat_24:3; Mat_28:20; Mar_5:42; Mar_10:30; Luk_1:36; Luk_3:23; Luk_8:42; Luk_18:30; Luk_20:34; Luk_20:35; Joh_9:21; Joh_9:23; 1Co_1:20; 1Co_2:6; 1Co_2:8; 1Co_3:18; Gal_1:4; Gal_1:14; Eph_1:21; 1Ti_5:9; 1Ti_6:17; Tit_2:12; Heb_6:5; Heb_9:9; Heb_11:11;

Example one; In this new earth age, there is righteousness, and there is still blasphemy:

(ESV) *[Mat 12:32] And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this *age or in the *age to come.

(ESV) translates properly as "age", and this is why:

G165- Strong's Concordance
αἰών
aiōn
ahee-ohn': From the same as G104; properly an age; by extension perpetuity (also past); by implication the world; specifically (Jewish) a Messianic period (present or future): - age, course, eternal, (for) ever (-more), [n-]ever, (beginning of the, while the) world (began, without end). Compare G5550.

Jesus revealed this great secret, that all flesh would not die:

Mat 13:40 Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the close of the age.
Mat 13:41 The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers,
Mat 13:42 and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.

Please hear His words; "THEN the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear." This "kingdom of God" is certainly a "new heaven"! It did not come with observation:

Mat_6:33; Mat_12:28; Mat_19:24; Mat_21:31; Mat_21:43; Mar_1:14; Mar_1:15; Mar_4:11; Mar_4:26; Mar_4:30; Mar_9:1; Mar_9:47; Mar_10:14; Mar_10:15; Mar_10:23; Mar_10:24; Mar_10:25; Mar_12:34; Mar_14:25; Mar_15:43; Luk_4:43; Luk_6:20; Luk_7:28; Luk_8:1; Luk_8:10; Luk_9:2; Luk_9:11; Luk_9:27; Luk_9:60; Luk_9:62; Luk_10:9; Luk_10:11; Luk_11:20; Luk_12:31; Luk_13:18; Luk_13:20; Luk_13:28; Luk_13:29; Luk_14:15; Luk_16:16; Luk_17:20; Luk_17:21; Luk_18:16; Luk_18:17; Luk_18:24; Luk_18:25; Luk_18:29; Luk_19:11; Luk_21:31; Luk_22:16; Luk_22:18; Luk_23:51; Joh_3:3; Joh_3:5; Act_1:3; Act_8:12; Act_14:22; Act_19:8; Act_20:25; Act_28:23; Act_28:31; Rom_14:17; 1Co_4:20; 1Co_6:9; 1Co_6:10; 1Co_15:50; Gal_5:21; Col_4:11; 2Th_1:5;

All this talk about "the kingdom of God"! The Pharisees [demanded] an answer now! His people were convinced the Messiah was to establish a physical kingdom and earthly reign, the Pharisees were very intimidated by Jesus, they thought He was going to boot them off their little chairs called thrones. They alerted the Roman authorities that Christ claimed to be a king, hoping to provoke jealousy. This verse says a whole lot, but for now, notice what the Holy One of God said about the kingdom of God this time:

*[Luke 17:20-24] And when he (JESUS) was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

Just as the lightning shines from east to west, so too is the kingdom of God.

So I sing... "Jesus, He reigns in the kingdom of God, the kingdom is inside of me"..."The kingdom of God, what a mysterious thing!"

*G1787-Strong's Concordance: ἐντός entos en-tos' - From G1722; inside (adverb or noun): - within.

The Promise:

I know God will never again smite every living thing, He said so. Some say "God just said He will never again smite every living thing... with "water", but did God say that? Take a look, and reason! Will God say in His heart "I will never again smite every living thing, "with water", but if I do it "with fire", I AM cool with it".

No Way! Look...

(KJV)
Gen 8:21 And the LORD smelled a sweet savor; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
Gen 8:22 While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

No Way. Not my God. Because it would require all living things to die as the earth remained if the world was to literally burn up or even pass away. I have written more on this within a study called The end of the world. Believe me, this is good bread, everything is going to be alright. Tell your children. Tell them that God will bless the nations that please him, and it pleases God that you keep His commandments and believe in His beloved son. Christ is the healing of the nations, all that heed his words of life shall live, and live more abundantly.
